We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you’ll find the details of our return policy:

Items purchased from us are eligible for return and a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate your return, please email us with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

Custom-made or reworked products are not eligible for returns or refunds, as these items have been tailored or altered specifically for you. By purchasing a custom-made product, you agree to this policy.

However, if the custom-made or reworked product is in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags, we are happy to issue a voucher for the full amount paid. This voucher can be used toward future purchases.
