Lifetime Repair Service for Your Denim

We’re proud to offer a lifetime repair service for your denim products! If your jeans ever need repair, follow these steps:

1.  Send Photos and Your Order Number
   
   Take clear pictures of the damage and include your order number in an email to support@wetdogstudio.com.

2.  Wait for Approval
   
    Once we review your request, we’ll confirm if the repair is approved.

3.  Prepare Your Jeans
   
   Before sending the jeans, please wash them. If we receive unwashed jeans, a cleaning fee of 20 EUR will be charged.

4.  Shipping Costs
   
   Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the jeans to us. However, we’ll cover the return shipping to send them back to you after the repair.

5.  Expected Repair Time
   
   Repairs typically take 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your jeans. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

After we receive your jeans, we’ll repair them and return them to you, ready for many more years of wear. Thank you for embracing sustainable fashion!
